Brilliance Quinceanera Expo is designed to be a one stop shop for girls planning their Quinceanera, and Sweet 16, however it can be used for a variety of other special parties.  While we cater to both traditional and unique customs of Latin culture, there is information for anyone planning an array of festivities.
